Seminar to promote entrepreneurship in local island products

 

The Department of Organic Farming and Food Technology of TEI of Ionian Islands, within the framework of Lifelong Learning, to Promote Entrepreneurship and increase the added value in local insular Products and Services, organizes an educational seminar that will take place in Cephalonia (from 7 to 12 January 2013), Zante (from 28 January to 2 February 2013) and Lefkada (from 18 to 23 February 2013).

The seminar aims to promote the entrepreneurship and increase the products and services’ added value of Ionian Islands. Particular emphasis will be placed on promoting entrepreneurship, marketing and use of new information technologies in the local production. The implementation of the seminars’ program will be based on the cutting edge of current developments and practices in order to develop entrepreneurship and to increase the added value in local island products (eg agricultural products) and services (eg tourism services).

The six-day seminar is free and is directed to both local producers and entrepreneurs and farmers.

The trainees will be given a certificate of attendance certified by the Department of Organic Farming and Food Technology of TEI of Ionian Islands.
