Actions to the local community regarding the standardization – identification of the Ionian dairy products

The objective is to standardize the Ionian dairy products in order to support the designation of origin, study the possible use of the essential oils as antimicrobials in food under examination, the lifelong education of the people interested, as well as the collaborations / partnerships with local producers raisers and businessmen implementing new methods and using innovative products.
